Through our partnership with Vaculug and our tyre fitment policy of only fitting retread tyres, Monks saved the following raw resources in 2022:
48,620 litres of oil
21,450 kg of rubber
36,180 kg of CO2
14,300 kg of steel
In addition, all of our used tyres have a second life and are either reprocessed into a new tyre or turned into tyre crumb used in play grounds, sports fields etc.
